How it works

  1. Choose a template. Each one sets the pixels, KB limits and shape for you. Every number can be edited.
  2. Add and crop. Drag the box over your face or signature. The shape is locked so the result always fits.
  3. Download. Tick marks show the size, KB and format check before you save.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no signup and no limit. The site may show ads to cover its costs.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Resizing happens inside your browser. Once this page has loaded, the tool keeps working even if you switch off your internet.

Which image formats work?

JPG, PNG, WebP and most common formats. iPhone HEIC photos open in Safari; in other browsers, convert them to JPG first.

The file looks bigger on my computer than the tool said. Why?

Two things can differ. First, some programs count 1 KB as 1,000 bytes and others as 1,024 (Windows). This tool keeps the file under your maximum by the 1,000-byte count and above your minimum by the 1,024-byte count, so it passes either way. Second, a chat app, cloud drive or photo app can re-save or add data to a file after you download it. Upload the file straight from your Downloads folder.
