How to do it
- Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen and photograph it flat in even light.
- Add the photo and drag the crop box tightly around the signature.
- If your form asks for other numbers, type them into Width, Height, Min and Max. The template switches to Custom.
- Check that the size shows a tick, then download and upload it.
Common mistakes
- Uploading 20.2 KB to a 20 KB limit. This tool checks the real byte count.
- A signature so small it cannot be read. Crop tight but keep the strokes clear.
- Shadows on the paper. Leave “Even out lighting” on.
- Using a different signature from the one on your other documents.
Frequently asked questions
How do I reduce my signature to 20 KB?
Add the photo, crop around the signature, and keep the template on 140 × 60 px with Max size 20. The tool lowers the JPEG quality just enough to land under the limit.
Can I use this for a photo too?
Yes. Use the Photo tab and the Custom template, then type the width, height and KB limits your form asks for.
Is the signature uploaded anywhere?
No. It is processed in your browser only.
